by doing’ system. The second is the facilitator’s
ability to create and maintain an environment that is supportive,
candid, and fun.
In our philosophy, each participant
is unique in personality, experience, and skill sets. Too
often, training programs fail to meet their objectives because
they are designed to teach what to say and what to do rather
than improve the potential of each learner to manage situations
successfully. We concentrate on the development of people
by building on their existing skills set, not by teaching
them to be someone else.
We
also believe in Quality and not Quantity. As such, we work
with a few select organizations at one time with a focus
on permanent skills acquisition,
accountability, and continuous
improvement.
